To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping. Body by Shae does not provide return shipping labels or postage. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Opened or used beauty products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
